What is the Radical Diet?

The Radical Weight and Fat Loss plan or Radical Diet, is a short-term diet plan meant for rapid weight loss. And because of the macronutrient mix, and the use of special supplements, this plan results in more fat and less muscle loss than any other weight loss plan.

It’s best used by those who have a significant amount of weight and/or body fat to lose although it can be effectively used by anyone who wishes to drop weight and lose bodyfat.

By going on this plan you should be able to decrease your body weight, mostly by way of losing excess body fat, by at least 30 pounds (and often more) in a two-month period. Ongoing fat and weight loss is also possible, either through continuation of the Radical Diet if you still have a significant amount of weight to lose, or through some modifications according to the Metabolic Diet principles behind the diet.
